You are invited to a special presentation by Dame Judith Hackitt on "Systems Thinking and Process Safety: Sharing the Knowledge More Broadly".

Hosted by RMIT's School of Property, Construction and Project Management and jointly sponsored by IChemE and the Future Fuels CRC, Hackitt will share her insights on process safety challenges.

As a decorated British engineer and health and safety expert, Hackitt's work is internationally recognised. She is currently the Chair of the Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety, which was commissioned by the British Government following the Grenfell Tower fire. She is the former Chair of the UK Health and Safety Executive.

Hackitt was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2006 and Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2016, for services to engineering, as well as health and safety.
