Scaling up Masterclass in Sydney, Australia 2020
Delegate’s tickets are transferable. If, for any reason a delegate is unable to attend, a substitute from the same organisation may attend in his/her place at no extra charge.
If a delegate wishes to cancel:
  1. The participant must pay the participant’s fee to Scaling Up Global Pty Limited in full on or before the due date as stated on the company’s invoice
  2. The participant shall have no right to participate in the program until the program fee is paid in full by the participant to the event organiser. Prior to such payment in full, the organiser may:(a) suspend participant from participation in all or part of the program; and /or (b) exclude the participant from access to and/or use of the event’s facilities.
  3. The ticket is non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.
  4. The event organiser, Scaling Up Global Pty Limited will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated outside of the Sydney metropolitan area (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Scaling Up Global Pty Limited does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
  5. If a speaker or facilitator is ill or is unable to attend for any reason whatsoever, Scaling Up Global Pty Limited will arrange a replacement speaker and/or facilitator with equal ability to speak during the scheduled session.
  6. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (excluding eventbrite fees and/or credit card charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Scaling Up Global Pty Limited will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
  7. You should carefully consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation and other goods or service providers when making arrangements for attendance at an event.
  8. You may also wish to consider taking out a relevant insurance policy to cover for any losses in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or relocation.
