Sun Style 73 Forms
Dr Paul Lam worked closely with the creator of the 73 Forms, Professor Men, for many years. This set is based on the classical Sun Style tai chi, which is beneficial and suitable for almost anyone and is complementary to other styles. It has unique qigong (the practice of cultivating internal energy) together with so many powerful features. It is exciting and fun going through many layers of depth.

About Dr Paul Lam
Dr Paul Lam, an Australian family physician, tai chi expert and Director of the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI), is a world leader in the field of tai chi for health. He loves teaching and is the first person in history to have travelled over one million miles for the purpose of teaching tai chi. Many enjoy learning from him so much so that they travel thousands of miles year after year to attend his workshops.
Dr Lam is the author of several books on tai chi and has composed a best-selling series of Tai Chi for Health programs that bring health benefits to millions of people all over the world. His tai chi programs are recommended and supported by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.CDC.gov), and health departments and Arthritis Foundations around the world for fall prevention and improving health. All participants are required to prepare using Sun Style 73 Forms material prior to the workshop. You will gain more from the workshop with the preparation.

Updates
Workshop participants who are also certified Instructors will have the opportunity to update any of their Tai Chi for Health qualifications. Prior notice is essential and a written assignment must be submitted before the applicable deadline. Administration fees apply.
