Join us online to learn how to be kinder to yourself and practice self-compassion in your daily life!
This interactive workshop offers a gentle and supportive space to explore what it means to treat ourselves with kindness, patience, and care. This group is running for 6 weeks, every Wednesday from March 25 - April 29 from 5pm - 6:30pm.
Together, we’ll learn how to:
- Break down the internal barriers that make self-compassion difficult
- Nurture a kinder, more accepting way of thinking, behaving, and living
- Create space for self-reflection, healing, and personal growth
The workshop is designed to meet you where you're at, offering opportunities to connect, share (if you wish), and grow at your own pace.
