The Galati family business has come a long way since starting out as a market garden in Spearwood in the 1960s. Tony and his brothers Vince and Sam, grew up helping their Sicilian parents run a two-hectare market garden. After school, they would work in the garden picking beans or harvesting potatoes.

Hard work and long hours has seen this business grown farms throughout WA. Despite the size of the business, it is still very much a family affair. Tony, together with his brothers Vince and Sam and supported by their sons, oversee the day-to-day operations on the various farms and stores.
