FULL AGENDA

This one day event will showcase a variety of tools that have been developed as a part of the CRCWSC's integrated project 'Towards a water sensitive Elwood', part of Mapping Water Sensitive City scenarios (Project A4.2). Presenters will include local and European based CRCWSC researchers.

Elwood has provided a case study in which climate change, resilience and sustainability can be addressed through an integrated, catchment based approach to water management. The tools tested in this project have included new community engagement approaches, integrated modelling tools and adaptive planning approaches designed to build resilience.

The event is centred around an architectural design exhibition of climate change scenarios in Elwood, titled Swamped, and will include a series of workshops and seminars. The event is structured to ensure participants gain practical skills to apply in other projects.
