Actions and Detail Panel
Wed. 12 October 2016, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm AEDT
As part of Good Food Month, enjoy dinner and watch Sustainable, a documentary investigating economic and environmental instability of America’s food system, from the agricultural issues — soil loss, water depletion, climate change, pesticide use — to the community of leaders who are determined to fix it. Dinner will include single origin sourdough with butter, olive oil, and olives, followed by pizzas made with single source wheat that has been grown using sustainable farming methods. Following the screening, the night will culminate in a panel discussion about sustainable farming in Australia.
Ticket includes bread to start, pizzas, a glass of wine, and a sourdough loaf to take home.
