Sustainable Safety Culture
Tue. 18 October 2016, 8:15 am – 11:30 am AWST
Mature safety cultures exist where there is an explicit agreement among everyone in the organization on the value of safety, and an alignment between all of the parts of the business that affect safety performance. This session explores concepts of change and individual engagement as they relate to building safety culture, as well as a look at how to create and sustain systems that support a shift in attitudes and behaviour across a business. It will provide you with some simple ideas that can assist with any change you are looking to make in your safety culture.
