Drop in and learn more about organic recycling. Find out how to turn kitchen scraps into rich nutrients for your garden at Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre. The workshop teaches you benefits and strategies for creating and maintaining organic composting systems.
Age: Ages 10+
Cost: Free.
Requirements: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure and fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch, as there are no food outlets on site.
