About the speaker:

Mauro Figueiredo works as an international consultant in Ecological Law and Policy for Sustainability. He graduated in law in Brazil 🇧🇷, and was a member of the National Council of Environment. 🌳

He specialises in environmental law and has a Master of Philosophy in Law Environment and Political Ecology. Mauro now lives in Australia 🇦🇺 where he is undertaking a PhD in Law at the University of Newcastle. 🏫
