You'll hear from Raymond Chen and how he's built his Sushi Hub empire across Australia. Raymond came from China in 2000 to study a nursing degree, but his real interest was in business. In 2006, he built his first Sushi Hub in Cabramatta, Now, he has 29 stores nationally and has a target to reach 100 stores in Australia by 2020.
Asian Australian Leadership Conversations (AALC) is a platform for Asian Australians and people of culturally diverse backgrounds to become thought leaders. Read more about AALC on our website.
In this Q&A we will hear from Raymond on how he is smashing through mainstream business. His love for the Cabramatta and Fairfield areas, diversity of the local demographics, its rich culture and much more.
