Support Your Whole Being and Feel Your Way Through with Calm and Ease: Online Support and Q&A Sessions.
Two online support sessions via Zoom, facilitated by Katie Jane and Stephanie Beauverd, as highly experienced holistic mental health therapists and wellbeing practitioners. .
We are offering this complimentary series as we are passionate about supporting you, and being here for you, during these times of uncertainty and change.
Due to so much interest last week, we are holding two more support sesssions.
- Thursday 30th April at 10am AEST
- Saturday 2nd May at 12pm AEST
*Register for both sessions or an individual session. Time set is Australian Eastern Standard Time. Spots limited to 15 people per session.
Katie and Steph will share their knowledge and experience of fear, uncertainty, grief and loss, as well as ways to manage and navigate through these times of overwhelm, heightened worries, stress and anxiety.
This will be a safe space to share your own experiences and any questions you have, if you are called to. These conversations will be open, honest, raw, and heart-centered, allowing you to listen in and take what you need, and to share anything and everything you feel called to in this trusted support space.
We will also be sharing uplifting guidance and practical ways to manage your emotional and mental wellbeing in a more holistic and healthy way. All with the aim of assisting you to feel stronger and more confident in how to manage and support yourself every day, and more hopeful and inspired to move forward during this time.
These are both support sessions to encourage sharing, conversation as well as questions around our "6 week Mentoring & Support Space", beginning 18th May. This offering is one of genuine support, reassurance, and guidance for those who would like and know they also need emotioanl support and connection through his current COVID-19 time. This will be a space to feel heard, supported, connected, and hopefully inspired and empowered as well.
Both Katie and Stephanie are qualified and experienced therapists/counsellors, with countless years of experience providing mental health support through their therapeutic work, and are coming together with this offering to combine their expertise, passion, and skills.
More about Katie & Steph:
Stephanie Beauverd is a certified Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Teacher as well as a qualified Counsellor (BSocSi(Psych) GradDipCouns) with over 8 years experience working in the mental health/human services sector. She is passionate about helping others improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, so they can move through life feeling happier and healthier. Steph loves teaching others how to use mindfulness and yoga to overcome stress, anxiety, and worry, and find true peace within. Find out more www.stephaniebeauverd.com
Katie Jane is a certified Life Coach, Health Coach, Counsellor, Nutritionist, Naturopath, Holistic Psychologist, and Meditation teacher. She has been working in the wellness industry for over 15 years and brings all of these qualifications and skills, along with her own lived experiences through challenges, changes and transitions. Her approach to life and wellbeing is truly holistic and unique for each individual. She supports and coaches clients to make powerful changes in their hearts and in their lives, and believes in a therapeutic approach that includes deep acknowledgement and compassion. As well as working in private practice, Katie has worked as a crisis counsellor for many years, and is passionate about mental health, supporting people from all walks of life in our community through crisis and adversity.
