Support Groups Recognition and Good Practice Awards

ConnectGroups invites you to attend its Support Groups Recognition and Good Practice Awards night.
This must-attend event recognises the important role that Self Help and Support Groups play in the intervention, prevention and recovery of individuals and families through innovative and creative practices.
Held at the Perth Parmelia Hilton, the Awards ceremony will include dinner, keynote speakers and entertainment, and networking opportunities with Support Groups and organisations.
The following awards categories are now open for nominations:
-Most Innovative Self Help and Support Group Award
-New and Emerging Self Help and Support Group Award
-Excellence in Regional and Rural WA Award
-Pay It Forward Plan Award
-Dream It Forward Award
-Live It Forward together Award
-Self Help and Support Group Champion Award

Terms and Conditions
1. Full payment is required fifteen (15) working days prior to the event. Only fully paid attendees will be able to attend. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome to attend on your behalf at no extra charge, but you will need to update the attendee’s details in Eventbrite.
2. Cancellation by the attendee(s): Refunds will only be available to those attendees that complete Eventbrite’s Refund Request form at least fifteen (15) working days prior to the event.
3. Cancellation by ConnectGroups: If for any reason ConnectGroups is required to cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.
4. Tickets must be presented at the door.
