Support Group for People Caring for Someone Who is Aged (Hawkesbury)

Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to participate in our online Carer Support group for People Caring for Someone Who is Aged.

Our In-Person Peer Support program is delivered over 8 sessions and is designed as an opportunity for you to learn something new and make connections with other people in a similar caregiving role. Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other carers in your group, including yoga, meditation, artistic activities, and presentations from guest speakers, including advocacy programs, My Aged Care and other services.

Sessions will be held weekly from 11am - 1pm on Tuesdays starting from 13th January, 2026. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney or Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
