Singer/songwriter Matt Katsis combines percussive elements of six & nine string acoustic-electrified guitar alongside harmonica, kick drum and tambourine. With deep admiration for blues and roots Music, Katsis has taken his sounds to audiences far and wide, busking the streets of his hometown Melbourne and The Bourke Street Mall. He has supported the likes of Jeff Lang and Backsliders and appeared at The Mornington Peninsula Blues Festival, Echuca-Moama Winter Blues and Illawarra Folk Festival. His debut album Over the Horizon came out in late 2021, offering a retrospective of early original songs and instrumentals presented in a new light. He is currently touring regionally through VIC/ACT/NSW/SA May-July.
