✅ Practical strategies to support neurodivergent supervisees and ensure ethical, strengths-based supervision
✅ Insight into the double empathy problem and how it impacts the supervisory relationship
✅ Real-world applications and case studies developed in consultation with neurodivergent Board-Approved Supervisors

This training is advanced training suitable for Board-Approved Supervisors, or Clinical Supervisors who want to refine their supervision practices and ensure their supervisees are equipped with inclusive, ethical, and neuroaffirming clinical skills.

Training Structure:

The training is delivered across three structured modules, each focusing on key supervisory competencies:

🔹 Understanding Supervisor Responsibilities & the Neuroaffirming Paradigm – Exploring the role of supervision within a neuroaffirming, ethical framework.

🔹 Supporting Supervisees to Meet Competency 7 – Practical strategies for guiding supervisees in applying neuroaffirming approaches in their clinical work.

🔹 Providing Neuroaffirming Supervision – Developing supervision techniques that support neurodivergent supervisees while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Through interactive discussions, case studies, self-reflection, and applied supervision techniques, participants will develop practical skills that can be immediately integrated into their supervisory practice.

Why This Training?

This training was co-created by Emma and Naomi to be meaningfully neuroaffirming, blending professional expertise with lived experience.
