Description

Sauerkraut is a delicious traditional vegetable ferment full of probiotic goodness. In this workshop you will use fresh, seasonably available produce and bring creativity and fun back into your kitchen. Creating food that not only tastes good, but stimulates all your senses – giving you back that zest for life! Oh, and did I mention it stops sugar cravings too!

Improve your immune system and overall health whilst imparting a feeling of well-being and increasing your energy levels.
