Description
Our Super Saturday event is the biggest event of the week with 3 sections
We begin with an introduction to Healthy active lifestyles where we cover off on our philosophy of 20 % exercise, 80 % nutrition and 100% mindset.
The second part to the morning is a level 10 nutrition training followed by a next steps goal setting session run by the special guest of the day.
