Inviting 5-10 year olds to join us for power packed cooking adventure!

Superhero Kids Cooking Workshop!

Get ready for a fun-filled, power-packed cooking adventure! In this hands-on workshop, kids get to dress up as their favourite superheroes and discover the magic of superfoods as they whip up delicious, healthy dishes.

With capes on and creativity activated, young chefs will learn simple cooking skills, explore colourful ingredients, and make meals that boost energy, strength, and supercharged confidence!

Perfect for curious food lovers, action-packed imaginations, and superheroes in training.
All ingredients provided — just bring your costume and your superpowers!

Ages: 5-10 years

Cost: $10/child
* Parents are welcome to have a coffee in our lovely garden while their kids cook up a feast.

Accessibility Pre-Visit Information

There are a number of ways to get to our venue!

  • Bus: The venue is a short stroll from stops 9 – 12 Hawker Street which is bus numbers 251-254. https://adelaidemetro.com.au/stops/view/12818
  • Train: The venue is a 15 minute stroll from the Bowden (Grange & Outer Harbour lines) or Ovingham (Gawler line) train stations.
  • Bike: Bike parking is available onsite and the venue is a short ride off the Outer Harbour Greenway.
  • Car: Street parking is available on Green Street, Hawker St and around Ethelbert Square (a brief 2 minute walk away). N.B. There are currently road works on Hawker St that will effect your drive (depending on where you're coming from)
