Multi-award-winning director Nicky McMillan will show you how to engage Sub Contractors, including how to tick the boxes when it comes to complying with legislation. Nicky will provide an example of “site packs”, which she's put together to assist other administrators and builders with what they need to engage a subbie for work, and what the subbie needs to prepare to start on site.
