Julian Lane is the newly-appointed Principal Lawyer at Members Legal, bringing over a decade of construction law experience to provide accurate and practical legal advice to members. He will provide a brief snapshot of the new Statutory Trust Regime and how to deal with supply issues and price rises under your contracts.

TIA ZARINS - Adjudication Officer, QBCC

QBBC Adjudication Officer, Tia Zarins, has an extensive history of working in global scale change management, project management and the finance industry. She will be joined by A/Adjudication Registrar Steve Barclay and cover legislative requirements under the Building Industry and Fairness Act whilst highlighting the importance of the Industry Guide to Security Payment Laws.
