Sunday Surfing Women's Retreat

WILD MERMAID WOMEN. Good food - Fun - Laughs - Yoga - Meditation - Surfing - Massage / Reiki / Healing / Nuero Training - Women's Circle - Mindfulness.
'Surfing Sunday Women's Retreat' is a day dedicated to you. It's a day to be and feel empowered. It's a day to be challenged, and a day to relax. It's a day to come together, trust and connect with like minded women.
There's a total of eight places for the Retreat. The first women to book will have their choice of massage, reiki or healing. All women will receive one of these choices. New to this retreat is Nuero training. Four women can choose to receive this relaxation treatment as well as the earlier options.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Geraldton's Ocean West is only a few minutes drive from the heart of Geraldton's CBD, and metres from the beach. There is some parking close to the unit and ample parking on the lawn at the front of the complex on Hadda Way.
What should I bring to the event?
Arrive wearing your bathers, ready for surfing later in the morning, and comfortable clothes for meditation and yoga. Have comfortable clothes for the afternoon for Women's Circle.
Soft-top surfboards, wetsuits and sunscreen are provided. Bring a beach towel and a bathroom towel for a shower after the surfing lesson.
You'll need a cumfy cushion, a favourite sheet or blanket for meditation and Women's circle. Also bring any special trinkets, crystals or momento's for your place in circle. Bring a pen and coloured pencils.
Tea and coffee, pre-surf snacks, lunch and juices are provided. Feel free to bring your own favourite tea bags, and a wine or beer for a quick drink at the end of the day.
