Every Sunday from February 3, Chef de Cuisine Joseph Cain and his team are dishing up an array of fresh produce and seafood from Sydney’s iconic Fish Market.
Make a start with our premium charcuterie selection, daily seafood catch and seasonal salads before indulging at our deluxe egg and carvery stations. To top it all off enjoy a selection of housemade sweets from the Dessert Table and limitless Chandon NV sparkling wine flows.
