Join us for a grounding 3 Hour experience designed to connect the mind and body through movement, reflection, and community.
Each session begins with Amazing Instructor leading Mat Pilates to awaken the body and ease tension, followed by Yoga to slow down and center yourself. Between sessions, we’ll explore the power of mindful movement with our Folkloure team, engaging on practical tools and conversations around how movement supports emotional & mental wellbeing.
You’ll receive acess to wellness treats and goodies , there’ll be an open space for questions and deeper discussion on personal development, self care, and mental wellbeing.
