Participants attending the Open Gym Session must be aged 18yrs +
Important Information
- This is a supervision-only session — no coaching will be provided. Participants must be able to train independently without support.
- Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating.
- No refunds are available.
- A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate.
- Advance booking only. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
