About this Event
In the session, we will be following the below sequence:
a. Pre-yoga to activate joints and muscles.
b. Surya-Namaskar to bring stability to body and mind.
c. Five Tradional Yogasanas for :
1) Improving lungs capacity and blood circulation
2) Stimulating abdominal organs, prostate gland, bladder
3) Strengthens your spine and hip flexors
d. Yoga-Nidra and chanting for a deep state of consciousness to relieve stress.
Please note: This is a beginner to intermidiate level class.
