Liberti Church Coomera follows a COVID Safe Industry Plan which allows us to meet as we have put in to place social distancing and good hygiene measures. In keeping in line with government restrictions Liberti Coomera must log all attendees for each gathering and keep the data for 56 days after the service. In helping us do this, please register YOU and EACH MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY for the service. This allows us to keep physical distancing requirements in place in our main auditorium and kids rooms as only people from the SAME HOUSEHOLD are allowed to sit together. Liberti takes all precautions and exercises extra cleaning and hygiene practices in our Sunday gathering.
**PLEASE READ THE BELOW NOTES**
Please ensure EVERY individual including infant, child and teen is registered to attend the Sunday gathering. Please include the NAME of each individual when registering.
Please select the number of seats that will suit your household.
If you would like your child/ren to attend Liberti Kids programming, please book them into the age appropriate room (1-2 year olds in the BLUE room, 3year olds through Pre-Prep in the RED room, and Prep through Grade 2 in the YELLOW room, and Grade 3-Grade 6 in the GREEN room).
In your registration we ask that you answer the four following questions for EACH person registering. If you can answer YES to any of the following, please refrain from joining us in person. You can access our sermon podcast on Mondays.
-In the last 14 days have you travelled from overseas or a COVID-19 hotspot?
-Have you been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19?
-Are you an active COVID-19 case?
-Are you currently, or have you recently experienced cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath?
