After the popular Bubbles and Brunch cruises which sold out weeks in advance we’re back in 2021 with some new themed cruises exploring unusual wines from all over our great country!

Did you know there are over 5000 different wine grapes in the world?

In Australia, to be called an alternative, a variety must represent not more than 1% of the total bearing vines in Australia as defined by Wine Australia.

We will explore wines from all over Australia that are alternative varietals and unusual blends.

Each cruise will have 4 summer wines (that is nice cool whites, roses and light reds) from varietals and blends you may not be so familiar with or tried before.

Wines across the 2 cruises include:

• Grenache and Negramaro blend Rose from Lake George, Canberra
• Mataro Rose from Four Winds, Canberra
• Verduzzo from Pizzini, Kings Valley
• Torrontes from Red Earth, Dubbo
• Novello Lagrein from Hidden Creek, Granite Belt
• Giallo Fiano Malvasia blend from Ballandean Estate, Granite Belt

There will be 5 canapes matched to the wines.

Departure

We will depart from outside the Dock Hotel on Kingston Foreshore.

30 January is a sunset cruise 6-8pm

20 February is an afternoon cruise 2-4pm

Dietaries

Guests will receive an email about a week in advance of the cruises with all the information on departure points and menu for dietary requirements.

Dietaries must be advised by the Wednesday before the cruise (that is January 27 and 17 February).

Cancellations/Refunds

Eventbrite booking fee is non-refundable

7 days or more in advance is refundable (except booking fee)

3-7 days before departure $50 non-refundable

Within 3 days (that is the Wed before the cruise) is non-refundable
