Summer Solstice is a celebration of light, life, and abundance, symbolizing personal growth and enlightenment.

The Sound Bath captures the balance between grounding and expansion, the connection between the physical and spiritual and the sacred harmony of nature and the cosmos.

Start time | Lock out: We completely understand that things can come up, but because of the nature of this event, we kindly ask that guests arrive on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow for others, so the latest entry will be 10 minutes after the start time.

Sound: Experience a deeply relaxing sound journey designed to calm your mind and restore balance. Our sound healers use Tibetan bowls, mantras, gongs, shamanic drums, and other instruments to create soothing vibrations that gently guide you into a peaceful state.

These healing sounds help release stress, ease tension, and clear emotional blockages. As your body and mind tune into the natural frequencies of harmony, you may feel lighter, more grounded, and deeply at ease. This sound bath is a nurturing and restorative experience that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Reiki: A gentle and nurturing energy that activates our life force, Reiki will be offered to those who wish to receive. During our sound bath, participants will have the opportunity to experience the loving, transformative energy of Reiki. Guided by Stephen and Michelle, Reiki promotes health, harmony, and healing on mental, emotional, physical, and energetic levels.

Light Language: is an intuitive expression of sound and frequency that communicates directly with the soul. These channeled tones work beyond the mind, helping to clear stagnant energy, raise our vibration, and support healing on a deep, energetic level.

Expressed through sounds, symbols, and movement, Light Language is spoken in a flowing tones, and rhythmic expressions that bypass logical understanding. As these frequencies move through your field, they gently awaken your DNA codes, reconnect you with your higher self, and open space for both emotional and physical healing. These vibrations help realign your energy, dissolve old patterns, and invite clarity, balance, and inner transformation.

No prior experience is needed, and all are welcome to join. With limited spots available, be sure to reserve your place for this transformative experience!

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or whatever helps you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience.We honour all bodies and their needs. If lying on the floor isn’t accessible for you — whether due to age, mobility, or simply what your body needs right now — gentle couch seating is available. These spots are limited, so please let us know if you’d like to reserve one. You’re welcome just as you are.

Parking & Transportation: There is street parking available, in the service road.

Minimum Age: This session is for ages from 12 +
