WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES?

Standard tickets for 1 hour entry are $38 adult / $28 child / FREE for infants under 2.

There is also an Eventbrite fee for processing your order, calculated at checkout.

HOW DO I GET A TICKET?

Please book online to secure your preferred date and session time, as popular session times will sell out. Once this is completed you'll receive an email from Eventbrite with your tickets.

DO YOU ACCEPT DINE & DISCOVER NSW VOUCHERS?

Yes we do. You can now purchase general admission tickets online with a valid Discover NSW voucher. Simply choose this ticket option at checkout, pay the excess amount, and our team will scan your voucher when you arrive.

Please note that only one voucher per person can be redeemed at a business - for example if you are booking 2 x Dine & Discover tickets to Sugar Republic you'll need to bring two vouchers from different Service NSW accounts.

HOW DO I FIND SUGAR REPUBLIC?

You'll find us in the heart of The Rocks at 47 George Street. Entry is via Atherden Street. We're a 5 minute walk from Circular Quay.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR KIDS?

Yes. Sugar Republic was designed for adults but it is a fun experience for all ages. Under-16s must be accompanied by an 18+ adult with their own ticket.

WHAT'S THIS I HEAR ABOUT FREE ICE CREAM ?

You heard right! Your ticket fee covers the cost of an hour at our candy-filled museum, but all of our guests will also be treated to a free soft serve ice cream topped with sprinkles and lollies. Please note the following: ice cream and lollies provision may be suspended if required due to COVID restrictions; we have a gluten-free cone option; unfortunately vegan options are not available at this event.

CAN I HOLD A BIRTHDAY PARTY, WORKSHOP OR PRIVATE EVENT?

Yes, you can now book the beautiful Sugar Club private rooms above our museum at The Rocks, welcoming up to 20 guests.

CAN I HOLD A CORPORATE FUNCTION?

We offer private hire of the entire Sugar Republic museum for unique functions with up to 150 guests.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Personal photography and video is most definitely encouraged, the more the merrier! Please note that tripods, lighting and large photo equipment are not permitted.

Product/commercial photo shoots are strictly NOT allowed, unless by prior agreement. Please do not bring your products to shoot at Sugar Republic without permission as you may be asked to leave. Please email hello@sugarrepublic.com.au to arrange a commercial shoot booking.

ARE SCHOOL GROUPS WELCOME?

Yes, special pricing is available for school groups on weekdays, please email hello@sugarrepublic.com.au for details.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM THE 2019 SUGAR REPUBLIC IN SYDNEY?

The installations and immersive features at Sugar Republic are 100% brand new for Sydney 2021, but the fun is just as intense!

HOW LONG WILL MY VISIT TAKE?

Your ticket is for one hour, which is about how long it takes to see all the awesomeness.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY BOOKING?

Bookings are strictly non-refundable, including for COVID-19-related reasons, however if you are unable to attend for any reason you may transfer your ticket to another session or another person via Eventbrite up to 24 hours before your booking time. We cannot change, transfer or refund a booking on or after the day of your session.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring your phone and your sweet self.

If you're planning to take lots of photos, consider bringing some small props or outfit changes.

Please do not bring food, large bags or bulky items as they are not allowed in the event and we don’t have storage.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

With the exception of Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs, pets are (sadly) not allowed, however we do from time to time hold open days for doggos, watch this space!

IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Please note that our Sydney venue at The Rocks very sadly does not have wheelchair access to the upper floor due to its heritage architecture. Wheelchair users are offered free entry into the ground floor installations.

CAN I BRING A PRAM?

Prams may be left in the entrance area at your own risk.

IS THERE CONCESSIONARY AND COMPANION PRICING?

We don’t have any concessionary pricing. Holders of a Companion Card may bring a companion in at no charge (the card holder must purchase a ticket).

IS THERE A BATHROOM?

There is no bathroom inside the event. There are public toilets nearby at the Rocks.

IS IT GOING TO BE AMAZING?

You have no idea!

THIS IS A COVID-19 SAFE EVENT

The wellbeing of our staff and visitors is our top priority. Visitors must follow current NSW Public Health Orders and observe COVID Safe practices when attending.

LIMITED VISITORS

Visitor numbers are capped, and entry times are staged, to allow for social distancing.

VACCINATION

All of our team members are fully vaccinated and we observe current NSW Public Health Orders in regard to vaccination requirements to attend indoor events.

CLEANING

Sugar Republic surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day.

HAND HYGIENE

There are sanitising stations at entry and on each level.

MASKS

We encourage you to wear masks inside when social distancing is not possible.

Masks do not need to be worn while having your photo taken. or eating ice cream.
