Succession Planning - Are you in control of your business?
Mon. 27 March 2017, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Are you in Control of your business? Where is your business going? Do you know what phase your business is in? Do you know its next phase?
This seminar is designed to help you get the most from your business. We will help you understand what stage your business is in and how to move into the next phase. This could be setting up a new management structure, planning to sell your business or handing over to the next generation.
Are you able to have a break away from your business without the fear that it will collapse without you?
Do you work in the business or on the business?
Is your family in the business?
Do you have key staff that are integral to the business?
Would your business be attractive for someone else to purchase?
We’ll deal with these questions and others in our information presentation.
Each business transitions through different phases over it’s life and in the process many owners struggle, often responding by chance rather than planning. We will give you solutions to help you through these phases.
We will work through these different phases with you so that you can develop an action plan for the next phase.
