A global Sleepologist Sveti Williams ( Author of “Fix My Sleep” ) reveals her secrets on what you are allowed to do in your bedroom to set the mood for sleeping, (and other things...) in this once in a life time evening.

It has been said that a great night sleep is just as satisfying as winning the lottery. But the best part is, sleeping is easier than winning the lottery, and Sveti will teach you how to feel like this every night with her exclusive sleep hacks that she has dedicated her career to mastering.

In addition to this you will be treated to our very unique in her field guest speaker ANASTASIA DINOS the mood designer.

She will teach you how to set your bedroom for the magic that you wish to happen in it, and i mean sleep, or you know things you are allowed to do in your bedroom, which Sveti Williams will teach you about...

Who is Sveti Williams

Born in a small village in the poorest country of Europe Sveti spent most of her childhood being around her grandmother and great grandmother, gathering the produce of Nature – medicinal herbs and stick, nuts, berries, fruit, and vegetables. She observed her great grandmother preparing herbal tinctures, remedies, and teas to cure ailments. These experiences instilled in her the understanding that the most effective treatments available to us come from natural, traditional sources. Sveti became a health care practitioner and developed a deep interest in Sleep. Being troubled by years of poor sleep herself and suffering in her health as a result, “Fixing” her own sleep became the central focus of Sveti’s career and she began to see the bigger picture of society’s sleep problem. She has made it her mission to educate people globally about the importance of sleep, the risks involved in poor sleeping patterns and supporting people with sleep problems. Her expertise is to help people to enjoy a good night’s sleep, which is so fundamental to health, wellbeing, and longevity. Sveti continues to draw inspiration from her childhood introduction to natural medicines and bases her unique sleep-enhancing method on complimentary and holistic practices.

Who is Anastasia Dinos

Anastasia is a Interior Designer with a background in Human Centred Design. She believes Design is less about trends and more about the feeling or experience that stays with you long after you’ve left a room. THAT feeling.. is what she aims to create. As a young girl she loved to watch and help her dad renovate, whilst keeping her mum organised in the kitchen and learning her favourite recipes. The blend of these two interests resulted in one creative, curious independent and organised woman who’s renovated her home on her own - twice, and is known for creating relaxing and beautiful homes, wherever she has lived. Her background in Human Centred Design involved designing environments, activities and tasks to encourage creative thinking. This is where her fascination with human behaviours merged with her love of interiors which led to further research into how our surroundings affect us. Anastasia believes our interiors influence emotions, state of mind and ultimately outcomes. She shows people that through physical design we not only change the look of a room but how it makes you feel. Through elements of colour, lighting, smell and texture there are multiple facets to create a successful design. As a self confessed ‘clean freak’ she also talks about the benefits of decluttering to your home and your health. “Your surroundings create your state of mind”. She now shares her philosophy through her blog, newsletter, social media and workshops. Whilst she continues to broaden her knowledge, she always encourages a deeper level of research before making long term design solutions. She gives back to the community by tutoring Design students at a local university. When she’s not designing she enjoys hot yoga, dancing, photography and chocolate.
