What a great way to get ready for summer!
Join Neil Barnett and the team at Garden to Gourmet for this stunning salads workshop. Together we'll make a range of gorgeous salads & dressings and show you some plating up & knife skills along with a few simple implements that will transform the taste of your food.
Salads include: tomato and basil (like you've never tasted before); fennel, cabbage and applemushroom, parsnip, red bell pepperkale, cucumber, sultanawatermelon & avocado. Dressings include: apple cider vinaigrette;lime, maple, sesame oilmint, dill mayonnaise and miso dressing

Suitable for: Foodies at any level (15 years+)
What we cover: This class provides a comprehensive and easy to follow introduction into how to create stunning salads
We will cover:

  • Equipment and pantry essentials
  • Techniques for achieving optimum texture and taste
  • Flavour balancing and ingredient substitution
  • Salad demos and tasting of course!

Our simply beautiful food contains no wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs or processed sugar. 
It is rich in nutrients as none of the enzymes have been destroyed by heating the food 
above 48º C.
