Studio 5a is an experiment in building studio culture at UTS. By day, the space is used by first year VisCom students. One evening a month, we're opening the doors to VisCom alumni (and their creative friends) to gather for a design activity and chat. It's an informal affair, the aim is making space for alumni to reconnect.

May 24: Abstract or figurative collage making, led by Sophie Cooper

Channel your inner Matisse! Make an abstract or figurative collage using simple mark making techniques.

Bring: We'll have some supplies, but it would be helpful to bring paper (whatever you have lying around), marker pens, coloured paper, ink, scissors, glue.
