Come and check out the Student Kitchen in the new Student Pavilion building, your new purpose-built student facility to study, eat, relax and unwind while on campus.
Located on the top level of the new Student Pav is the fully equipped Student Kitchen space for UMSU/GSA Clubs & Societies to book and hold your next event or activity.
As this is a space with many areas of possible risk, you will be required to attend an in person induction before you are able to book the space.
The Student Kitchen includes:
- Electric stove and oven plus multiple microwaves
- Food mixer and blender
- Rice cooker
- Ice machine and large fridge spaces
- Large outdoor BBQ and terrace
- Provided cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and utensils
Book now for one of these quick 30-minute induction sessions covering safety operation of all kitchen equipment, emergency evacuation procedures and the full booking process.
Please proceed to Level 4 of the Student Pavilion building via lifts or stairs at least 5 mins before the start time of your session.
