You asked for it - so here it is, the brand new Permaculture Realfood Strictly Vegan Cheese & Fermented Foods workshops.

VEGAN - Non-dairy cheeses and products

This exciting workshop will have you creating your own vegan versions of cheddar, havarti and brie cheese, almond milk, cashew cream, cultured butter, cream cheese, coco yo and buttermilk. No special equipment needed just a few ingredients from a health shop. You will be surprised how easy it is and not expensive to make, and sooo delicious! E-Handouts and taste testing included.

A support group is offered after the workshops through the ‘Home Cheese Making and Fermenting’ group on facebook and also by email.

Miso & Tempeh Workshop - Hands on Koji Ball Making:

Learn how to make your own gorgeous health giving old fashioned miso with no special equipment needed. Also included will be the making of modern miso and tempeh. Soy sauce will also be partially covered. These traditionally fermented soy products are the only way to consume this contentious bean and they are sooo delicious! . Includes: E-Handouts with recipes and taste testing.



Tickets are non-refundable but we can transfer them to another date if you let us know beforehand.
