Stretching & Mobility Workshop For The General Public
Duration: 60-75 minutes
Registration Numbers: Number will be strictly limited to 4 attendees
Osteopath: Heath Williams / Osteopath / Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA Level 2)
Learning Outcomes:

Review myofascial release techniques - lacrosse ball, peanut ball and foam roller applications for the body

Review band assisted stretching for the ankle, hip and shoulder girdle

Review static stretching applications to the calf, hip flexors, hamstrings, adductors, gluteals and shoulder girdle

Review dynamic mobility applications for the foot/ankle, hip, thoracic spine and shoulder girdle
Includes:

Practical applications of myofascial release, band assisted stretching/mobility, static stretching and dynamic mobility
Who should attend:

Anyone who is keen on further their knowledge and repetoire with regards to flexiblity and mobility of the body

Anyone who is dealing with specific muscular tightness or joint related stiffness that would like to learn some safe strategies to improve their flexibility and mobility

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Principle Four Osteopathy is located at Level 4, 178 Collins St, Melbourne 3000. There is limited street parking (1 hour duration) available. 2 hour parks are available on Russel st towards Lonsdale St. We would recommend catching public transport and walking to our clinic.
What can I bring into the event?
Please wear clothing that is appropriate for exercise. Bring a water bottle and any questions that you might have relating to the squat.

There is no refund for this ticket. You are able to give you ticket to someone else, but must email Heath @ info@principle4.com prior to the event so that he is aware.
