Are you feeling stiff and sore from long hours spent studying at your desk? Are you finding it difficult to find time to move your body when there are so many exams to prepare for?

Set aside a short break this StuVac and join us for a FREE online stretching class, led by Trish Pavely, a qualified Pilates instructor, Physiotherapist and University of Sydney alumna.

Learn some simple exercises that you can do in short breaks, to keep your body supple and your mind composed during long study hours. Find ways to work in some more movement into your study schedule, reduce muscle pain and stiffness, decrease your stress levels and increase your energy with a few simple tips to get you through the exam period!

Open to University of Sydney students only, please register to secure your spot as places are limited.
