Our FREE Stretch Class is perfect if you want to improve your flexibility and reduce pain in your neck, shoulders and upper back.

About this Event

Back by popular demand, My Sports Chiropractor's own Brett Nelson is hosting a second FREE Stretch class designed for all levels of fitness and all ages.

You will learn how to safely stretch your mid and lower back as well as legs and hips. By learning safe and effective stretching techniques, you will be able to decrease muscle tightness and joint aches, improve your flexibility and prevent injuries.

You do not need to be flexible to join this class. You will BECOME flexible as a result of consistent application of the techniques taught in this class.

Our FREE Stretch class is great for gymnasts, martial artists, dancers, fitness athletes and anyone that wants to improve flexibility and lengthen their muscles.

About Brett Nelson

Brett works as a remedial massage therapist at My Sports Chiropractor, Kingsgrove, NSW. Previously, Brett was a professional performing artist, practicing in London for over 10 years. He graduated from Dance World 301 in 2003, with a certificate 3 in Performing Arts and understands the level of flexibility the body requires to perform at an optimal level.

Currently Brett oversee's the remedial massage therapy and stretching protocol's of several high profile NRL clubs including St George Dragons, Sydney Roosters and Cronulla Sharks.

You will need:

  • Small Towel
  • Active Wear
