STRETCH & REBALANCE - IN PERSON (JULIUS)

About this Event
This express 20 minute class is designed to help you; breathe, release tension and stretch your body. Our Stretch and Rebalance class will support you to relieve tension, clear your mind and bring your nervous system back into balance.
It involves a series of both moving and stationary poses, combined with deep breathing to assist in reducing anxiety and stress, improve flexibility, strengthen muscle, create clarity and stamina.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for community members of Julius Avenue only.
This class will be limited to 20 people for social distancing purposes and we will have a hand sanitiser station at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to complete an online health waiver and COVID-19 form using your mobile phone.
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing we ask you to please not attend the class.
