In this half day workshop you will learn holisitc ways of slowing down, managing stress and applying self care and self compassion

Topics include:

-How do we know we are stressed? What are signs to look for? (Physical, emotional, mental, physiological)

-What gets in the way of stress management and self-care?

-Relaxation and rejuvenation techniques

-Managing difficult emotions

-Wholesome nutrition

-Mindfulness

-Gratitude

-Create your own self-care and wellbeing plan
