Stress Less this Silly Season (& beyond): Yoga, Breath + Oils

Join us for this powerful 2 hour workshop all around reducing and managing stress.
The silly season is upon us, and we're often pulled in many directions wrapping up the year which can cause mental fatigue. At the same time, our healthy lifestyles can often slip with greater indulgence in 'naughty' foods and drinks - putting extra stress on our physical body. For some of us, the silly season brings with it greater emotional stress as it can highlight feelings of loneliness, disconnect or loss, if we have lost or disconnected from someone who was once close to us.
Whilst it's not possible to avoid all stress, we'll take a hands-on approach to helping reduce stress in the silly season - with practical, easy to implement rituals you can start at home - reducing stress in the silly season and beyond.
The workshop combines practical elements with a restorative yoga class and thoughtfully matches powerful Doterra Therapuetic grade oils to help calm mind, body and emotions.
Workshop includes :
Conscious breathing -
We explore the power of our breath and how to breath effectively and efficently. So many of us our shallow breahting (hyperventaliting); holding our breath or reverse breathing. Jess will guide you through how you should be breathing to enhance wellbeing and anciet yogic breathing techniques to help calm and balance your nervous system.
To combat the places we most hold our stress - Jess will guide you through key postures which you can do daily at home safely

relive lower back pain
open tight legs and hips
open chest and pecs
best postures for insonmia
postures to activate the parasymapthetic nervous system - where we rest, digest and heal
You'll be guided through a restorative and opening sequence to leave relaxed and zen. Suitable for all levels, newbies and pregnant mamas.
Gain experience using the oils throughout the class to feel the impact on your body, mind and senses. Jess will educate you on the best blends for areas like
