Overwhelmed? Struggling with constant distractions, information overload and uncertainty? Under pressure to juggle productivity and wellbeing? Struggling to make it all work. It is hardly surprising you find yourself procrastinating in today's attention deficit world.
Our approach turns traditional time management on its head. Time is not your most precious resource: your attention is. We help you manage attention and focus, projects and actions, as well as choices and habits.
At the end of this full-day, deep dive workshop, with practical on-the-day implementation you will have developed, implemented and integrated the systems and techniques set out in Graham Allcott’s 'How to be a Productivity Ninja' book.
You’ll reduce stress by eliminating those nagging feelings of doubt, guilt and overload panic, and replace them with a focused, playful, purposeful and productive momentum.
This practical workshop will be co-facilitated by ‘productivity enthusiasts' Glenn A. Williams from nLIVEn & Matt Cowdroy from Think Productive. You'll receive the training, mentoring and individual coaching you need with your real work to help you get on top of task and project management before the workshop is even finished. We are passionate about making real change there and then, not just talking about it, which is why many people report that this workshop is life changing!
In this one day workshop you'll:
1. Discover a fresh approach to task and project management, with a flexibility to suit your organisation’s software ecosystem (e.g. Salesforce, Asana, Simpro, etc).
2. Learn how to develop ruthless focus for rapid email and task processing, saving time and sanity.
3. Receive tips and tricks to simplify and even automate aspects of email and task management (that you and your team can use).
4. Experience the magic of regularly feeling like you are 'making it all work'.
5. Achieve a Zen-like feeling from being able to visualise your project portfolio and workflow, plus kudos from colleagues for being regarded as the go-to inhouse productivity ninja.
Results: 82% of participants implement our productivity model there and then in the workshop - they leave feeling significantly more in control of their work and their world.
This small group public workshop will be conducted in a hybrid format - participants can choose to attend in person at the boardroom of nLIVEn in Camberwell (Victoria) or virtually via Zoom.

11:00-11:30am - morning tea break
11:30-1:00pm - task & project management Part A
1:00-2:00pm - lunch break
2:00-3:30pm - task & project management Part B
3:30-4:30pm - reflection, action planning and close
