Let’s get curious and explore your wellbeing

When: Monday 2nd March 7:30pm – 9pm

Where: Womankind Physiotherapy (men and women welcome)

Investment: $20 (includes booking fee)

You will learn 2 powerful techniques that move you out of the stress cycle in a mindful way. These techniques are really simple, you can practice them at home and they take no time out of your day.

We will define stress and talk about why it has the effect on the mind and the body that it does. The tools you learn will help you feel more calm and present throughout the day and sleep better at night. In fact for many, they relieve anxiety, panic attacks and other stress related responses efficiently and effectively.

You will feel more relaxed and inspired by the end of the session. It’s a great investment in yourself, for you and your family.
