A sharing of ideas; a celebration of success.

It has been one year since all Victorian public hospitals were supported to implement a ‘whole-of-hospital’ approach to family violence.

Join us to explore the learnings of the past year, share ideas for the future and celebrate the successes of the SHRFV initiative.

Part of this year’s forum will focus on the Workplace Support Program and how Victorian hospitals can better support their staff who may be experiencing family violence.

This forum will also be an opportunity to highlight the remarkable work being done in public hospitals across the state.

Whatever stage your health service is at in responding to family violence, attending this forum will be time well spent!

Who should attend? This event is for hospital executives, senior managers, SHRFV project managers and officers, HR professionals, policy makers and those interested in whole-of-organisation responses to family violence.

Speakers include:

Hon. Natalie Hutchins - Minister for the Prevention of Family Violence

Rosie Batty - Chair, Victim Survivors' Advisory Council

Antoinette Braybrook - CEO of Djirra (formerly the Aboriginal Family Violence Prevention and Legal Service)

Prof. Kelsey Hegarty – Joint Chair for Family Violence Prevention, The University of Melbourne and the Royal Women's Hospital,
