Presenter: Wai Ling Ho
I am an experienced early childhood educator and Circle of Security facilitator, with extensive experience applying Circle of Security principles in classrooms and everyday family life. I support educators, children, and families to build secure, trusting relationships that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and wellbeing.
My approach is practical and reflective. I create safe, respectful spaces where adults can explore their own experiences, recognise triggers, and develop strategies to strengthen their relationships with children.
I offer Circle of Security training in small group or one-to-one sessions, tailored to meet the needs of families. My goal is to help participants feel confident in using Circle of Security principles in everyday interactions, fostering secure and positive connections with the children in their care.
