About this Event
Five of the Southern Business Mentoring Program's Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisors will present a session on how to strengthen your own personal wellbeing and the wellbeing of your business. Learn their top tips and get a taste of their approach to mental health and wellbeing. Includes opportunities for your questions.
- Bridget Hogg (NLP Practitioner. MSc Psychology) will share the PERMA+ and Key Needs at Work models and show you how to use them as a checklist to develop your own wellbeing and that of your business.
- Penny Tonkin (Master NLP Practitioner) will ask you “How are you living your life right now? At cause or at effect?”
- Ruth Morgan (NLP Practitioner and NLC Coach) will share how you can reframe change to change your state and free up new ways of thinking and
- Vasso Fessas (NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer) will talk about overcoming overwhelm with NLP, before it overcomes you and your business.

Southern Business Mentoring Program
The Southern Business Mentoring Program is available to businesses, including start-ups, operating within the City of Marion, City of Onkaparinga and City of Holdfast Bay.
This program provides one-on-one consultations with a specialist mentor. Mentors are available in the following topics:
- COVID-19 information, recovery and funding finder
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Strategic Marketing
- Digital communications
- Human resources, work health safety and workforce planning
- Innovation and transformation
- International trad and export
- General business advice and business planning
As a proactive community health measure in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19) these consultations will now be delivered through skype, zoom and phone. Once you have completed your booking your mentor will be in touch to discuss a suitable option. This service is now FREE until 30 June 2020.
Our Southern Business Mentoring Program mentors will also be delivering additional consultation services as we help our business community to deal with the impact of COVID-19. Please consult the individual mentor profiles below for information about their services.
