Your Facilitator Nick Watts:

Nick has over 30 years of management experience in a wide range of industries from the NHS in the UK, through distribution companies and procurement businesses, to a leading Communications company in Australia and most recently working on a number of mining sites. He is a former GM for HSE and brings a practical and safety orientated approach to leadership solutions, ensuring all employees are safe and the business is thriving. In 2021 Nick formed his company InteChange, a company focused on improving the workplace and business results through People Focused Leadership.
