This engaging and practical session will provide an overview of the strategic planning process. Targeting committee members from clubs and other groups, this interactive workshop will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to plan strategically within your organisation. If you are looking to improve your existing strategic plan or perhaps develop a new one, please register to attend this workshop
Participants are welcome to bring their current strategic plan along to aid discussion throughout the workshop
