Description

Storytime with Jaeden Williams at The Little Library

As part of the Yirramboi Festival, Australia's premier First Nations arts festival, Melbourne Central’s very own Little Library will host Storytime - an engaging and interactive workshop hosted by Jaeden Williams. Providing an insight into the language, culture and values of the First Australians, this initiative is open to anyone of any age.

As a proud Yalukit Willam man of the Boonwurrung and the Founder and Director of Bunjil’s Biik, Jaeden is experienced in facilitating educational workshops on the history and values of Melbourne’s First Peoples and in turn, Melbourne’s rich history.

Jaeden will share stories that have been passed down from his ancestors, highlighting the significance of shared history and contemporary Indigenous practices.

The storytelling will take place at 2pm on Wednesday 8 May, in the Little Library. Participants of all ages are welcome, however, places are limited to 25 so booking ahead is advisable.

The Little Library can be found on Level 2.
